Intuitive Leadership

Helping you to break out of your shell and bring out your “Intuitive Leader.”

Why is this important?

Intuitive Leadership encompasses all parts of the person who chooses to lead others. This is a person who masters
change quickly,  tunes in and listens on many levels, and works with this information
in a practical, logical and emotional manner. This skill allows the Intuitive Leader to lead others on their daily in their quest for success

Now you may ask who is an Intuitive Leader? There are four basic styles of leaders….

  1. Danny Director: Love Change! These leaders focus on getting the job done. They often make decisions without having all the facts and tend to focus on tasks first and people second. They are  practical, logical and tend to move at mach speed.
  2. Izzy Socializer: Like Change! The Izzy’s of the world love people. They focus on how it effects  people first and the task comes second. They are great motivators and quite engaging though tend to lack follow through when it comes to projects. They work from a place of emotion first withe the task taking second place.
  3. Sam Empathizer: Change is the enemy! These folks don’t like leading. They prefer to stay in the background and let others take charge. Change can be the enemy though once comfortable with the idea they are brilliant at leading and serving others with care. Of all four styles they are the best at merging tasks and people.
  4. Conrad Analyzer: Change is OK slowly! Details, details and more details! These folks thrive on the details! They are task focused like the Danny’s though slow paced and methodical.

And now the fifth style of leadership – the Intuitive Leader. This person can be any of the above styles who works on all cylinders. They have the gift of being able to work easily with tasks and people because they listen to everything, trust what they feel, work from their heart with logic and practicality. They are masters of the E.P.I.S.T.L.E. system of Leadership.

What is this EPISTLE SYSTEM of Leadership? Let’s take a look of it’s components and see how it relates to you as an Intuitive Leader.

  • E-motional – Intuitive leaders listen to their feelings, tune in to where they feel it in their bodies, understand the message and move forward with the information.
  • P-ractical – Intuitive Leaders are practical in the way they achieve their goals. The key is to recognize that because something is practical it does not mean it’s logical. More on that below.
  • I-ntuition – Intuitive Leaders identify, listen to and work with their intuitive gifts whether they be clairsentient (physical sensations in the body), clairaudient (hear information), claircognizant (clear knowing), or clairvoyant (can see images in their minds eye). All of us have one or more of these gifts.
  • S-piritual – Intuitive Leaders lead with values. Some work with a “Higher Authority” whereas others work with what they know to be true. They use “THRILL Leadership” when working with others;
  • Trust
  • Honor
  • Respect
  • Integrity
  • Loyalty
  • Love of Fellow Man
  • T-actical – Intuitive Leaders work with systems that make tasks efficient and flow.
  • L-ogical – Intuitive Leaders understand that just because something is practical it does not mean it’s logical. They know how to take each situation and make decisions that are both practical and logical
  • E- nergy – Everything has energy and intuitive leaders understand it and work with it. This gives them an edge in that they can see, feel and hear things about situations that others may not.

Intuitive Leaders strive to work with all areas of the EPISTLE System so that they can can provide clear and coherent leadership. Does this sound like you? Would you like to learn how to become an intuitive leader?
