- Groups are made up of 12 participants and meet monthly weekly for a 60-90 minute sessions. This small group environment allows for bonding and time to work deeply on goals and challenges.
- A member only message board will be created for your group and you can also participate in a general message board.
- Commitment is critical to the success of the groups. This group meets for 6 months.
